Meet The Team

As President of Meslee insurance, Benjamin Meskin has spent over a decade developing an in-depth understanding of niche markets and establishing reliable connections with key partners in different sectors of the insurance industry. As a result, he leads an expert team who are dedicated to sourcing and creating effective and reliable policies, tailored to meet clients’ specific needs. Prior to becoming president, Benjamin worked in risk management consulting and brokerage for several clients, where he worked on WRAP and COC for Construction projects with up to 500 million in project costs, as well as consulted for several start-up tech companies in the virtual reality and artificial intelligence industry. Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations from The American College of Financial Services and The Institutes. The CLU and CPCU are two of the most prestigious and respected designations in the insurance and financial services industry, held by less than five percent of those in the field. The comprehensive curriculums, which includes courses on risk management, business law, ethics, insurance operations, financial planning and property casualty insurance, prepared Benjamin to pursue a career in Insurance services, instilling within him the importance of integrity and professional ethics. Through his education and work experience, Benjamin has acquired the knowledge and skill required to guide clients in making sound financial decisions with regards to risk.

1996

Jewelry & Arts Specialty Services

Meslee launches Jewelers Specialty Insurance Services (JSIS), a division devoted to commercial and personal risk of high-value items including but not limited to jewelry & art.

2000

High Value Package Insurance Programs

Meslee underwrites, organizes and brokers High Value Package Insurance Programs for one of the largest national private carriers worldwide.

2009

Cabrella Shipping Insurance

Meslee Launches Cabrella Shipping Insurance Intelligence, an insurance and risk management web software allowing customers to insure all modes of cargo globally at a highly discounted rate, afforded by taking out intermediaries from the insurance process.

2012

Aquaculture Insurance Exchange

Meslee Launches Aquaculture Insurance Exchange (AIE), a division offering risk management and insurance coverage for stock and associated cover in the Aquaculture Industry.

2016

Extended Coverage

Meslee expands to 3 office locations and moves headquarters to Melrose office while simultaneously rebranding all divisions into one single and recognizable brand.
